Annual General Meeting

Activity reports and the financial statements of your club are presented. Members are asked to approve resolutions passed by the Board of Directors setting the general rules of the club. Finally, the election of the members of the board of directors is held.
To submit a candidate please read the following article:

By-Law 45. - Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee shall consist of Three (3) members, Two (2) from the Board of Directors and One (1) from the membership. This committee is responsible for selecting at least a full slate of candidates for election to Club Office and shall present such a slate to the Board of Directors no later than twenty-one (21) days before an Annual Meeting. Other nominations may be made by any member in good standing by a submission in writing to the nominating committee at least three (3) days before the Annual Meeting. Each nominee must indicate acceptance in writing prior to the commencement of elections. Nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting will not be accepted.
