Andrew Evans
Andrew Evans is an elite coach and program director with over a decade of experience
developing athletes from foundational levels to international senior success. He is the
owner & head coach of Toronto Lakeshore Skating School and has coached skaters
from CanSkate through to top 11 in the world at the Senior International level.
Highlights of Experience & Credentials:
• Over 10 years of high-performance coaching experience.
• Coached national medalists at all levels of women’s skating over past five years.
• Coached Junior World medalists as well as athletes medaling at ISU Grand Prix
and Junior Grand Prix events.
• Expertise in jump technique, structured training systems, and long-term athlete
development.
• Technical education influenced by Sofya Fedchenko, Sergei Rozanov, and
Alexandra Romanova.
Igor Tchiniaev
Igor Tchiniaev is an internationally renowned figure skating coach who has delivered
national and international seminars in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, and
many other countries. Through his coaching, Igor is recognized for passing on technical
excellence, creativity, and passion to skaters of all ages and performance levels. He
has worked with skaters ranging from developmental athletes to elite competitors.
Highlights of Experience & Credentials:
• Internationally renowned figure skating coach (dance and freestyle) and
choreographer with over 40 years of experience.
• Contributed to the preparation of athletes competing at the Olympic Winter
Games: Meagan Duhamel, Eric Radford, Natalya Zabiiako, Alexander Enbert...
• Seminar moderator for the National Ice Skating Association of Great Britain.
• Frequently invited to contribute to elite development initiatives, including ISU
Pair Seminars, ISU International Development Projects, Nordic Development
Project Seminars, and National Training Camps in Canada.

- Elite: Double Axel and higher: $85
- Intermediate: Axel + Doubles: $65
- Future Stars: Single jumps / Axel preparation: $40
- Adult Skaters: $45

Schedule Overview
The seminar will include on-ice and off-ice technical sessions as well as a parent
conference tailored to each group’s level. The general timing for each group is
indicated in the table below; however, a full detailed schedule will be sent directly to
registered participants.
Group Schedule
- Elite: 10:00am-3:50pm
- Intermediate: 8:00am-11:50am
- Future Stars: 12:00pm-2:50pm
- Adults: 2:00pm-4:30pm
Other Important Information
• Skaters should bring their own lunch. A small snack will be provided
• Skaters should also bring wrist weights, spinners and elastic resistance bands
